What waste toner bottles do

The waste bottle holds the toner the cleaning blade scrapes off the drum or belt. A full or missing bottle stops the machine, and a leaking one deposits toner through the paper path.

How to identify the right part

Match the bottle to the machine and check whether it is supplied with its shutter and seal. Confirm whether the machine uses a separate waste bottle or collects waste inside the cartridge.

Signs a replacement is due

A waste-toner-full message, toner spilling inside the machine, or a cleaning-unit error after fitting.

Grades available
